PATH TO MASTERY – KINDNESS AND SQUATS
All students were asked this week to spread kindness like confetti! So, this week I want to hear what they did!
This week we’ll be rolling out our kindness activity for the month…a random acts of kindness chain campaign! I’m super excited about this activity, which we’ll explain all this week in classes and have handouts for as well.
Don’t forget to be working on your squats, too! You can find the number of squats you’re to do daily on our February Activity Calendar. A record-keeper will also be handed out this week in classes for this. Students are asked to do 20 of the 28 days of squats (not including rest days).
Students who complete both the kindness activity and the squat challenge will earn a Fort Bend TaeKwonDo Tumbler!
Be sure to look out for the e-mails and handouts tomorrow!
